8 sleep strategies no one ever told you

I’m going to be brutally honest with you. You likely suck at sleep.

But don’t take it personally – you’re not alone.

One third of all adults suffer symptoms of insomnia and around 20% have a sleeping disorder.

…And then there’s the rest of us, who struggle with sleep but never seek professional help for it.

These statistics and your less-than-stellar sleep shouldn’t really come as a surprise though.

Consider for a moment, how little you’ve actually been taught about something that you spend a third of your life doing!

Sure, many well-meaning people might stress to us the importance of getting enough rest at various stages of our lives. But very few of them are truly able to tell us why sleep is so important and how we can get better at it?

Often the best advice we get is: “Make sure you get 8 hours of sleep each night so you’re not tired the next day.”

We’re also rarely (if ever) told about the very dangerous long term implications of poor sleep.

So, in my latest >>video, I’ve decided to do something about all that.

Within the video, I give you 8 simple sleep strategies for a super night’s sleep.

I also share my pre-bedtime routine and personal sleep tips with you too.

By the end of your watch-time, you’ll have learnt a tonne of things you didn’t know before about sleep.

You will have also learnt the major factors that determine whether you’ll actually feel rested when you get out of bed.

Stop struggling with short term sleep shortcuts and start finding sustainable sleep solutions.

Because, if you’re not sleeping well, you’re not living well.

So, let’s change that, shall we?
