If you saw my last post regarding an awesome movement for building and protecting your shoulders (namely, the Face Pull), I gave you a tips list to ensure that you are using proper form whilst executing the exercise.
Today I’m going to share with you a tips list for how NOT to perform this movement and all the major mistakes you should look out for when executing this common (but often-butchered) exercise.

I’ve complied footage of the common face pull mistakes and created a concise >> 60 sec video for you so you know what to look out for.
Take heed to these mistakes and you will not only avoid pain, but you will also develop one of the best exercises for your shoulder strength and overall posture.
