Recipe: Lean and Appetizing Grilled Omelette
I have a confession to make…I grill the crap out of things I don’t like.
Because there are some foods that are not as tasty or desirable as others BUT they’re downright good for you.
Many veggies fit this category for me – brussel sprouts, cauliflower, zucchini, spinach, and asparagus (to name a few).
There are ways to make bland tasting veggies more palatable…apart from just in-salting everything!
Grilling is one of my go-to’s – it adds flavour, is quite simple to do, and causes little change to the composition of the aforementioned foods.
And if you’re anything like me, there is another struggle when trying to stay lean – adding vegetables to breakfast!
