How 12 Months of Sobriety Transformed My Life
Just over a year ago, I reached my lowest point with alcohol.
I admit that I’ve battled with alcohol at various stages of my life, turning to it more times than I can count.
While there have been some memorable moments, the bad times far outnumber the good.
I’ve attempted to quit cold-turkey many times, but with little success.
Despite knowing the harm it causes, I’ve often fallen back into the trap of drinking.
But, the last 12 months have been remarkably different. I’ve managed to stay sober throughout this period, and I’m confident I can maintain this for life.
So, what makes this time different, and why am I so confident?
I share the reasons in this >>video.
In the video, I explain how my perspective on alcohol has drastically changed over the past year.
I reveal how my decision to stay sober for a year has improved my sleep, nutrition, exercise, and work performance.
I also share how sobriety has positively affected my mental health and personal relationships.
Beyond my personal experiences, I discuss the two types of drinkers society recognises, and how to handle social pressures related to sobriety.
I never imagined I would quit drinking, and I won’t judge you if you still do. I understand how challenging it can be to cut back on alcohol, let alone quit entirely.
In the >>video, I also explain why I still keep alcohol around, even though I’ve quit for good.
My outlook on alcohol has completely changed. I believe you’ll find my story very intriguing.
…even if you don’t think you drink that much.
