Today however, I want to turn your attention not to something that you get from a lack of mobility, but more so what you’re missing from a lack of mobility.
If you’re working out and you’re not mobile enough to get full range of motion with your exercises, you are losing out on better technique, better strength gains, better quality of movement, and ultimately, better results!
As most of us are sitting a lot in this modern lifestyle we live in, the lower body can become particularly tight and stiff. So much so, that our body becomes accustomed to these stiff and static postures to the point where our natural movements (e.g. squatting down) become hard for us.
