Protein and fruit muesli

Protein & Fruit Muesli


  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup berries or chopped apple
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp nuts of choice


This is a fairly quick breakfast for those fast mornings that can be either cooked on the stove top or in the microwave. For pan cooking, mix oats and almond milk into a medium sized pan and then cook over medium heat while stirring constantly. Add a cut up banana and then sprinkle in your whey protein and cinnamon. Add 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract and cook for 2-3 minutes until the oats are breaking up. (If cooking in the microwave, microwave on high for 2 minutes)

Lastly, top with berries and nuts of choice. The result is a vanilla, cinnamon protein packed cereal that’s easy and delicious!
