I have to say that I’m a sucker for a good soup – especially if it’s winter! 


The only problem with most soups is that there usually is a trade-off that occurs – it’s either too watery and lacks taste, or it’s too thick and too rich.


I’ve experimented with MANY soups in my time, and I have to say that this one I’m about to share with you has perfect taste and texture.


What’s more, you can easily thicken it up if you want more from it (with nutrient-packed calories!).
