• 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp avocado
  • ½ cup nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop whey protein isolate
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract



For this high protein, creamy smoothie you’re just going to want to add your almond milk first followed with the berries, almond butter and avocado. Then top with your Greek Yogurt and whey protein with a touch of vanilla.

Depending on the power of your blender you may need to keep blending on high for up to 1 minute until you end up with a smooth consistency. If it gets stuck while blending, just add a couple spoon-fulls of some extra almond milk to thin it out. This is great for a busy morning when you know it’s going to be hard to get in some good calories throughout the day.
