Calories Are Outdated – Try THIS Instead to Get Leaner
You’ve probably heard the following a thousand times:
“Fat loss is all about Calories In versus Calories Out (CICO)”
“You need to be in a Calorie deficit to lose fat”
On the surface, these statements seem to make sense. But if you dig a little deeper, these raise some questions:
“If CICO is all there is to fat loss, then why are so many people struggling to be lean and healthy?”
“Why can two people who exercise the same amount and eat the same number of Calories get completely different results?”
“Why do some foods seem to impact body composition more than others, even when the Calorie count is identical?”
When I first started focusing on fat loss, I did what everyone says to do—track my Calories, eat less, and move more. And while I saw some results, they weren’t anywhere near what I expected for the effort I was putting in.
It wasn’t until I shifted my focus away from Calories and started paying attention to the mass make-up of my diet, that everything started to change—drastically!
In my latest >>video, I explore a different way of thinking about fat loss—one that goes beyond simply “eating less and exercising more”. I break down:
✅ Why different macronutrients impact metabolism, hormones, and body composition in unique ways
✅ How two diets with the same Calories can lead to completely different fat loss results
✅ Why focusing on exercise that ‘burns the most Calories’ may not be the smartest way to get leaner
If you’ve ever felt that tracking Calories (in or out) wasn’t quite adding up to the results you expected, then this >>video will change the way you approach fat loss.

I’d love to hear your thoughts too—have you ever experimented with adjusting your macros or training style rather than just focusing on Calories? If so, let me know in the video comments or in a reply to this message.
