Vanilla Spice Lean Smoothie

 

1This quick and easy lean smoothie is full of taste and some awesome ingredients you are probably not accustomed to in a shake – ginger and cloves. We think you will find this novel approach to a vanilla smoothie quite refreshing – see below for the recipe:

 

Ingredients:

1 cup almond milk, 1 handful of baby spinach, ½ tbsp peanut butter, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, ½ tsp ginger, ¼ tsp cloves

 

Method:

Ensure the cloves are finely ground. Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth – simply add more ice if thicker texture is required.
