What To Do When Your Results Plateau

Many people will tell you that you plateau with your progress because you’re lacking in effort and need to push harder….

This might be true some of the time, but what is the answer if you’re pushing hard and giving it everything you have, yet things won’t seem to progress forward?

It’s often easy to judge outcomes (and even ourselves) purely on effort because that is often all we can measure and see.

We often wrongly conclude that our efforts are responsible for our lack of progress and think that we need to simply try harder at something to make it work.

This may be the case at certain times, however, this is not always in line with reality.

In reality, we don’t see problems as they are – we see them as we are!

In other words, you don’t know what you don’t know and there are many unknowns out there.

Hence, if you’re persistently doing what you believe is necessary to get the result you want, but still failing to make headway, doesn’t that mean that maybe your efforts aren’t the problem?

It’s hard to admit, but maybe we don’t know as much as we think we do in a lot of situations – I know this is certainly true for me and I have found out many times the long and hard way.

I had some downtime recently and I came across a great example of an alternative perspective that might shed some light for you (as it did for me) as to why we often fail on a consistent basis despite our best efforts.

I’ve put it together for you in this short >>video, which I encourage you to check out.

I’m positive it will offer you some guidance out of any rut you’re currently in.
