These days, people often struggle to get the time to make healthy snacks and meals for when they are on the run. Not only is prep time a struggle, convenience and accessibility are also challenges. For the protein powder, a person can include vanilla, chocolate or another flavor that they prefer. Dried fruit, oatmeal or small amounts of coconut can also be added for different flavors.

  • 1/2 banana mashed
  • 6 Tbsp natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1-2 scoops Protein Powder (Pea, soy or rice preferred)
  • 1/3 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 – 2 Tbsp any milk
